Meet the Founder
Harbor Finance & Compliance was founded by Melissa Lewis-Jones, an accounting and compliance professional with experience in auditing, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance. Melissa has worked in internal audit, premium audit, and federal service, where she gained extensive experience reviewing financial records, evaluating documentation, and working with businesses to ensure records were accurate, complete, and compliant with applicable requirements.
Through her professional experience, Melissa saw that many small businesses struggle not because they lack effort, but because their financial records lack structure, organization, and proper documentation.
